This hall on the 2rd floor of temple courtyard complex can accommodate 500 people and is available for Kulavis and GSB Samaj bhandavs to organise weddings , Engagement ceremony , Upanayana ceremony , Shahstabdi etc. Hall is renovated with vitrified tiles and is accessible with a lift for movement of people from ground to 3rd floor.

This Sabhabhavan has attached dining hall with 200 members seater for lunch , dinner arrangement. Samaj bhandavs , Kulavis may arrange food from caterers or have option of renting adjacent hall for cooking arrangements. The hall is equipped with green room for Bride , Groom and also toilets for ladies and gents.

Temple Quadrangle

About 15 rooms are available in the temple quadrangle with double cooupancy and attached bathroom.Nominal charges for the maintenance and upkeep of rooms is charged to the samaj bhandavs and kulavis.

Ganesh Mahima Complex

At a walkable distance from the temple stands Ganesh Mahima complex with double occupancy rooms with AC and NON AC. About 35 rooms are available in 3 floors.Lift and diesel generator back up is available.

Shri Guru Sudhindra Sadana

Two floored complex with 4 rooms is available infront of the temple complex.Double occupancy (AC , NON AC ) option are aavailable.

*Extra bed and mattress are available on request. Hot water facility is available during limited time of day.
*All occupants of rooms are requested to follow discipline in terms of temple regulations , dress code to maintain decorum of the temple.
* All are requested to maintain hygine and kindly keep the rooms clean and tidy.

PARKING

Approximately 67 cents of land with compound wall and coconut trees with a facility to park about 50 cars is available at plot opposite to the temple.

All kulavis are requested to generously donate to the development of this land at the temple office under the heading of Bhoodana.

OLD AGE HOME COMPLEX WITH DISPENSARY

On the bank of Venkatapur river about 4km from the temple situated is a building complex built as a social service project of the temple.

This building with about 30 rooms and 3 floors is ready to be developed into an OLD AGE HOME or OPD clinic for VISITING DOCTORS from outstation on a weekly basis to temple town of Shirali. Volunteers , NGO with GSB samaj background , Clinics and Doctors looking to work in this part of Karnataka may contact the CAC, MGM Temple for more information.

Various development projects are taken up for the upkeep of temple and convenience of kulavis and devotees visiting temple.Samaj bhandavs and kulavis are requested to donate generously to the temple development projects.

1. Parking Land : Donations are acceoted under the Bhoodana head. With an intent to involve participation of every Kulavi family and every earning member in these families a nominal amount of Rs1005 per sq feet or its multiples is fixed. Total of 30000 sq ft of land is purchased and the seva is open to donors.

2. 10 Pax Electric Lift : Current lift has a capacity of 3 member only. To ease the load and make it convenient for elderly , disabled a 10 member lift is proposed to be installed in temple complex.Any donor who want to take up entire project or part may approach the temple management.

3. Electric Fan for Corridoor : For the convenience of kulavis and devotees during peak humid summer large wing ceiling fans have been installed.Seva option to sponsor 2 fans is available.

4. Diesel Generator : Temple is currently running single phase generator of 20KVA with acoustic enclousure and 40KVA without acoustic enclosure making it in efficient wrt to maintainance and fuel consumption.80KVA 3 phase generator is proposed to make it future proof and also bear the load during mahotsava.

5. Air Conditioning of Garbagriha : It is proposed to install 4tonne air conditioning unit inside the garbagriha for circulation of fresh air , control temperature and humidity so that the working atmosphere of archaka is improved.
